Regathering Indoors for Worship

We are excited to be regathering indoors with you for worship! These continue to be challenging times, but we are confident that God is doing a great work. As we regather indoors we certainly will keep safety a priority, and continue to follow recommendations for social distancing. Please review the information below so you will understand how to maintain safety as we regather indoors for worship.

When you arrive at Bethel:

Social Distancing is strongly encouraged. Please keep a safe 6-foot distance between you and others outside your immediate family.

Limit handshakes, hugs, and other physical contact. It is important that we remain safe as we regather. Please do not shake hands, give hugs, or other physical contact. We will not have a printed worship guide.

Doors will remain open. We want to limit the hands that touch the doorknobs.

Seating will be limited. In order to keep a safe distance, we will keep an empty pew between families. Ushers will help with seating. Please reserve larger pews for larger families.

Offering. You may continue to give to the gospel ministry online (www.lovingbethel.com). We will have buckets at each exit to collect offerings as you go.

Restrooms will be available. Please go to the restroom before the service or wait until afterward. If there is a need for the restroom during the service, please use the disinfectant wipes to clean seat, doorknobs, and sink after use. Please wash your hands thoroughly.

Masks are not required. Please be respectful of others who choose to wear masks. They are protecting you. If you do not wear a mask, please respect the social distance of 6 feet.

Worship Guides will be available for you to pick up in the Welcome Center. Greeters will not hand these out to you.

Please wait to be dismissed. At the end of service, ushers will begin to dismiss groups by section.

Facebook Live. We will continue to broadcast our service on Facebook and Youtube.

Family Sermon Guide. You will find a Family Sermon Guide on the Pastor’s Blog (www.lovingbethel.com) that your family can follow as you discuss the sermon.

Thank you for respecting one another by following these guidelines. We certainly want to keep everyone safe. The church will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after service.

Volunteers
We may need more volunteers to help usher, greet, and clean while we social distance indoors. We do not know how long we will follow these guidelines. If you would like to volunteer one Sunday please contact the church office.
